Natural Hair Styles: fishtail braid
I am always experimenting with new styling options for natural hair. Here we will learn how to do a fishtail braid. This style is a great option to use on straightened natural hair, dreadlocks, blow dried natural hair,and two strand twists.
In the video below I show you how to do a fishtail braid on my two week old dry two strand twists. It will take patience and practice to master this technique as you may notice your fingers will want to do a traditional braid.
Through my trials and errors I have found it easier to do on twists then regular loose natural hair to avoid pulling and tugging on the hair when trying to separate the strands.
